Ju-On: The Grudge Haunted House Simulator
It is said that when a person dies with a deep and burning grudge, a curse is born. When an average housewife in Nerima, Japan, was murdered in a grisly fashion, it gave rise to a curse so powerful that it threatens to kill at a pace thought unimaginable before. The curse manifests on those who encounter the curse by any means, such as entering the house where the housewife met her violent end or being in contact with somebody who was already cursed. Once Erika Yamada is exposed to the curse while searching for her dog in an abandoned warehouse, the entire Yamada family is put in grave danger as soon as she reunites with them at home. They must now face their individual challenges alone, and only by overcoming the curse together will their family truly be free again.

This game is perfect for: kid gamers
I looked forward to playing this game as soon as I heard it came out in Japan. Unfortunately, wile trying to put so much focus on creating a spooky ambiance they failed to add the element of realistic environments. When it comes to the control for the entire experience you feel as if you are walking in molasses. The character you play has absolutely no sense of urgency. If I was getting chased by a malevolent evil spirit I would be hitting speeds that my legs never new were possible. It seems as if the only focus on the game is to look around for batteries for your flashlight because if ya don't find one and you light dies so do you! In closing, this game was poorly realized and didn't capture the main point of the lore. Instead it capitalizes on cheap shock-factor scares with virtually no purpose or meaning behind them. Cheap thrills are not enough to bring such a horror franchise as Ju-on to game consoles. Ju-on deserves more respect.

yea i bought the current used one and it was scratched. dont buy it. the cover was ripped. you would think they would send you a good one. thumbs down!!!!!!!

Scared Me and My Friends to Death!

me and my friends always went out to rouges hallow (a haunted woods near our town) on halloween and we always got a good scare, but after we were done one halloween night we still werent scared enough. so we went to a movie store to find a scary movie and instead found ju-on the grudge for wii. we rented it and as soon as we got home we turned out all the lights and all 7 of us squeezed onto the couch. honestly once we started playing it everyone was so scared some people left the room fora little while. anyways it was a fun haunted house simulator and im pretty sure we all didnt sleep that night. (:
